Relationship Enrichment Creating Organizational Triumph

On April 12, 1996, Skip embarked on a venture that has been both rewarding for his client associates as well as himself. He created a human resources/organizational development consulting firm. It has been a remarkable journey, and continues to take him to destinations within the United States and Europe working with truly fantastic individuals and organizations.

Prior to the creation of his own organization, Skip previously worked with The Peter Wendel Group consulting firm, in which he established forty five client associates. Prior to that he spent sixteen years with the Harrison Radiator Division of General Motors, working in the area of organizational development with UAW and GM employees. His calling to leave the corporate world came when a local community college asked him to work with other businesses in the areas of organizational development and teaming. The success of those associations led him to the development of his own organization, fulfilling his passion for assisting client associates in their quest for personal growth and organizational achievement.

Skip believes the success of any organization is measured primarily by the collaborative efforts of the human dynamics within; who identify with technology, equipment, and defined processes as their means and tools to success. Experience supports his understanding that adults also learn best by doing and interacting with each other. Therefore, his facilitating and teaching is always approached in an experiential manner for the learner.

Fields of provided learning include: DiSC Personal Profiling, Organizational Planning, Leadership Development, Employee Teaming, Uderstanding Emotional Intelligence, Communication Skills Training, Customer Satisfaction Training, Time Management, Problem Solving Techniques, Conflict Resolution, Stress Management, and Designing Specific Internal Needs Assessments.

Skip’s own learning process has included educational growth opportunities from organizations such as; The University of Buffalo (Sociology and Communication); New York University (Practical Research Methods and Techniques; GM/UAW Consultant Core Curriculum (union/management curriculum); National Training Laboratories (Team Building, Process Consultation, Negotiating, Building Relationships, Management Leadership, and Influencing Effectively); Innovation Associates (The Creating Course, Technologies for Creating, and Leadership and Mastery (DMA); Philip Crosby (Quality Institute); Kepner Tregoe (Managing Involvement).
