Training Modules

External Customer Satisfaction Training

Designed specifically to meet the needs of each associate. Training may includes elements such as creating customer awareness, understanding customer needs, developing customer expectations, dealing with the unhappy customer, and person to person skills.

Internal Customer Satisfaction Training
Training includes elements such as creating internal customer awareness, understanding your internal customer's needs and developing shared expectations, person to person skills, and creating and conducting internal customer assessments.

Leadership Training
Can be anywhere from a one to five day module. Designed to develop an awareness and understanding of the role of today's leader in the organization. A process of blending the 'managing mind' theory with the 'leading mind' theory. Important in this module is the self assessment of personal leadership style and its impact on those in leadership roles.

Visioning and Strategic Thinking
A three day module designed to create an understanding of visioning and strategic thinking. This module provides participants with a working model and the tools and techniques they need to develop strategic directions and required actions for organizational growth.

Team Building
Three to five day module, depending on content, Starts with a self assessment of each participant when in a team atmosphere. Training is developed for top level senior management groups as well as line level productive groups. Focus of training is on personal style assessment, personal/group expectations, communication skills, seeking consensus, conflict resolution, decision making, goal setting, problem solving and effective measurement and evaluation techniques.

Facilitator Training
One to five day module, depending on content. Designed to provide in-house facilitators with the necessary skills to effectively facilitate individuals in their role. Focus of training is on process skills and techniques, along with understanding individual styles and their influence on group dynamics, as well as enhancing personal presentation skills.

Dealing with Conflict
Four hour module, designed to provide participants with a self assessment of their style when in conflict situations, a resolution model and appropriate techniques for dealing with conflict.

Problem Solving
Four hour module, designed to provide participants with a working format and process when in a problem solving mode. I like to explore and present it as 'opportunity seeking'
